Neaters, based in Glyka Nera, Attica, 24 Korai Street, P.C. 15354, as a controller in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 679/2016 and Law 4624 / 2019 (Government Gazette 137/A'/29.08. 2019) as well as any secondary law/notifications/decisions issued by the Data Protection Authority (Applicable Law), recognizes the importance of personal data protection and sets as one of its main objectives the preservation of the confidentiality of your personal data.
This Privacy Policy is fully compatible with the European Regulation for the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and Greek Law and aims to inform you about the information and personal data collected.

This Policy describes how Neaters collects, uses, processes, stores, manages and protects personal information about customers, business partners, suppliers and other organisations with whom Neaters has or intends to have a business relationship and the individuals who work for them.

The legal basis for the aforementioned data collection is the explicit consent of the data subject who provides the necessary information, the performance of the contract between us, the legitimate interest of Neaters as well as the legal obligation of Neaters (if applicable).
Purpose and principles of the collection of personal data
Neaters collects and processes the personal data of its customers solely in the context of fulfilling its purposes and functions and more precisely for the purpose of communicating with them (I do not know what else should be put here). The processing is limited to the personal data that is necessary and appropriate for the fulfilment of the purposes and functions of the controller. Processing is subject to the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation and relevant EU law, Greek law and relevant international treaties and conventions.

For this reason, it takes all necessary measures to ensure that personal data is secured and protected against dissemination, loss, misuse, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.
